At Lexaura, we value your trust and strive to provide you with the best quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 5-day refund or replacement policy under the following terms and conditions.


1. Policy Duration

Our policy lasts 5 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 5 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.


2. Replacement & Exchange

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.

  • Our team will arrange a pickup of the defective product within 2–3 working days.

  • If you wish to exchange your product for another item of equal value available on our website, we will be happy to process the exchange.


3. Terms & Conditions

Please note the following important points:

  1. Non-Refundable Products:

    • Items like pain relief belts and socks are not eligible for refunds.

    • If such products arrive damaged, we will provide a replacement or allow an exchange with another product of equal value from our website.

  2. Products Made of Plastic or Glass:

    • These items are also not eligible for refunds.

    • If received damaged or defective, we will provide a free replacement or exchange option.

  3. Proof of Purchase:

    • To process any replacement or exchange request, a receipt or order confirmation is required.

  4. Do Not Return Directly to Manufacturer:

    • All returns must be processed through Lexaura. Please do not send products directly back to the manufacturer.

  5. Partial Refunds (if applicable):

    • Items returned after 5 days from delivery may not be eligible for a full refund and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
